OneTouch Direct (OTD) is an international sales and marketing company providing direct marketing strategies and call center solutions in both the consumer and B2B segments. We focus on driving additional revenues for our clients while protecting the sanctity of their brand and positively impacting the customer experience. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, OTD has over 1000 employees with offices in New Jersey, New York and St. Catharines, Ontario.
Our Services
We help our clients drive additional revenues by leveraging our call centers to acquire new or retain existing customers through a myriad of inbound and outbound call center programs. We develop a customized approach for each client program that utilizes multiple channels of distribution, our proprietary testing methodology, ROI models, and a vigorous management of the process with a goal of producing mutually profitable results.

We made a strategic decision to be a small to medium sized company that focuses on specific industries and service offerings which gives us the ability to become experts in our clients' industries.
