Ron Benson, CEO - rbenson@onetouchdirect.com
As CEO of OneTouch Direct, Benson brings over 15 years of call center, senior leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the leadership team. Five years ago he founded Inteleservices and has worn many hats from IT to accounting to staffing to sales. He has been responsible for bringing in new clients such as AT&T Wireless, USSB, Qwest and AT&T, to name a few. Prior to that, Benson spent six years as the vice president of call centers for a call center company producing $75 million in annual revenue. In this position, he was responsible for selecting locations, building new call centers and managing both client programs and onsite staff. At one point he was responsible for over 15 centers. Prior to that, Benson held several director and manager-level positions in the direct marketing industry.

Mole has over 15 years of direct marketing, call center, program management, strategic marketing and senior leadership experience. Prior to founding OneTouch Direct, he worked as a vice president of both Paradigm Direct and NCO Financial Group—managing multi-million dollar programs and relationships with companies such as Qwest and Direct TV. Before that he held several director and manager level positions in various industries.

Mark R. Jones, EVP of Business Development - mjones@onetouchdirect.com
Jones brings over 15 years of strategic sales, direct marketing, entrepreneurial and executive-level experience to the OneTouch Direct leadership team. Prior to joining OneTouch Direct he worked as the vice president of sales for Mosaic, Inc. selling into the executive level of Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, AT&T Wireless, Microsoft, Direct TV, MGM, Sprint PCS, Southern California Edison, and Cigna. In 1998, he founded IMS and sold direct marketing consulting and services to Fortune 100 companies looking to acquire new customers or to improve retention. At the start of his career, Jones spent over eight years working for McCaw Cellular, Cellular One and AT&T Wireless in a senior sales capacity, leaving as the National Director of Indirect Sales.

Chris Reed, EVP of Client Services - creed@onetouchdirect.com
In this role, Reed is responsible for the client services team, which manages all client relationships from pre-sales throughout the term of the engagement. Reed applies client feedback and partnership experience to the development of new solutions for customers, and is responsible for increasing revenue from new and existing customers by tailoring customer programs that realize successful results.

Prior to joining OneTouch Direct, Reed was senior director of call center partners with Paradigm Direct/Mosaic Group Inc. During this period, he was accountable for establishing relationships with outsourced partners as well as for the profitability and daily management of the inbound and outbound teleservices channel. Before Mosaic, Reed served as director of corporate development for NCO Teleservices. He was responsible for developing and managing large-scale teleservices solutions for Fortune 100 companies.

Joseph F. Moloughney, EVP of Information Technologies - jmoloughney@onetouchdirect.com
With nearly 25 years of experience in Information Technologies and financial and project management across diverse industries, Moloughney manages the information technologies group at OneTouch Direct. In his current role, Moloughney is responsible for all facets of information technology including planning, management, issue resolution, risk analysis, infrastructure design, system design, and research.

Moloughney began his career in aerospace and defense in 1981, working for a number of companies, such as Singer-Kearfott, Lear-Siegler, and Curtis-Wright, in financial project planning and control. He moved to Information Technologies at Systonetics, Inc., a southern California based project management software company. In 1987, he started his own project management and software consulting company servicing Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries such as Reader’s Digest (publishing and direct marketing), United Technologies (aerospace) and Hoffmann La-Roche (pharmaceuticals). Prior to joining OneTouch Direct, Moloughney was vice president of information technologies at Mosaic, Inc., a performance-based direct marketing firm, and also worked in IT management in the financial services sector with the firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Dave Masi, Vice President-Sales - dmasi@onetouchdirect.com

Masi has been with OneTouch Direct since its inception, when he started as Director of Client Services. This role progressed into encompassing the management of all political telemarketing projects contracted with OTD. Projects of notoriety include the 2000, 2004, and 2008 Presidential Campaigns as well as the 2006 Florida Gubernatorial. Masi shifted his primary efforts in 2005 to business development and successfully delivered large revenue deals with prominent clients such as, ABN AMRO, Wells Fargo, Veterans Administration, Tribune Co, Windstream, Polaris, and Unilever. Masi graduated from the University of Tampa with Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Management.
