Joe Mole is the Co-Founder and President of OneTouch Direct. He brings to OTD over 2 decades of experience in direct marketing, contact center solutions, program management, strategic marketing and senior level leadership experience. As President, he is responsible for overseeing all departmental functions as well as supporting VPs in their operational goals, supporting client services and applying creative methodology to continuously improve the customer experience. He firmly believes in the OTD philosophy that every role in the company exists to support the frontline agents and works to keep that at the core of the company vision.
Prior to co-founding OneTouch Direct, Joe Mole acted as Vice President at Mosaic Performance Solutions, Paradigm Direct and NCO Financial Group, where he directed multi-million dollar marketing programs and managed relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Mole has also held several director and management level positions in various industries and his extensive background in direct marketing informs his approach to consumer behavior.

Chris Reed is the Executive Vice President of Operations at OneTouch Direct. He is directly responsible for supporting business operations and the client services teams, which manage all aspects of client relationships. He contributes heavily to the strategic direction of the business by meeting and exceeding client expectations and striving to maintain OTD’s 100% client retention rate. He specializes in custom-tailoring client programs in order to enhance the value OTD clients receive. Cultivating a happy, motivated team is central to Reed’s leadership philosophy and continues to bolster OTD’s track record for delivering exceptional results.
Before coming to OneTouch Direct in 2003, Reed served as Senior Director of Call Center Partners with Paradigm Direct/Mosaic Group Inc. where he established relationships with outsourced partners and oversaw profitability and daily management of the inbound and outbound teleservices channel. Before Mosaic, Reed was the Director of Corporate Development for NCO Teleservices and was responsible for developing and managing large-scale teleservices solutions for Fortune 100 companies. He began his career as a contact center agent and quickly escalated through the ranks into executive positions, a trajectory that allowed him to glean insight into all aspects of contact center operations.

Learn More About Joseph Moloughney
Joseph Moloughney is the Executive Vice President of Information Technologies and Chief Security Officer at OneTouch Direct. He has over 2 decades of experience in IT and financial and project management across a wide range of industries. Moloughney is responsible for all IT related initiatives and efforts, which includes providing the overall strategic vision and direction for the company from an IT perspective as well as managing tactical projects, supporting all client technology initiatives, production support, contact center operations and technical support. He brings a creative and innovative approach to IT solutions in order to meet client expectations and protect their brand reputation. Moloughney has helped transform OTD from a virtual startup to a best in class enterprise and he continues to make IT improvements that gain efficiencies on both the technology and business side of the organization.
Moloughney began his career in 1981 working in financial project planning for aerospace and defense companies such Singer-Kearfott, Lear-Siegler and Curtis-Wright. While at Systonetics, Inc., a California-based project management software company, he became involved in information technology. In 1987, he started his own project management and software consulting company which serviced Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including, publishing and direct marketing (Reader’s Digest), aerospace (United Technologies) and pharmaceuticals (Hoffmann La-Roche). Prior to joining OneTouch Direct, Moloughney was vice president of information technologies at Mosaic, Inc., a performance-based direct marketing firm and also worked in IT management in the financial services sector with the firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
