Pricing

Philosophy: We are very flexible in our pricing strategy and simply look to create a Win / Win with each of our clients. Every client relationship starts on an hourly basis and once we mutually determine the success factor we move to a blended model (weighted heavily on performance) aligning our interests with our clients.

Start up Costs: Start up fees are quoted on a project by project basis, based on volume, scope, and project complexity. Project start up elements include script programming, reporting set up, management orientation, and agent training.

Production Costs

Outbound Production fees are typically billed by the agent hour. Fees are determined by volume, skill set and contract length. All One Touch Direct agent fees are fully inclusive of reporting, delivery, management and supervisors, and monitoring. Because much of One Touch Direct is a sales driven culture, many fees will be performance based.

Inbound fees are typically based on a per minute basis that an agent is engaging a caller. Depending on program dynamics, fees will vary based on dedicated agent requirements (verses blended), ASA requirements, performance metrics, call volume, and hours of operation.
