What We Do - Outsourced Call Center Program
OneTouch Direct offers small- to medium-sized, agile call centers with a base of intelligent and well-trained agents to implement client programs. In cases where more hours are needed to achieve a larger scale program, OneTouch outsources a portion, and in some cases, all of a client's call center activity to one of our partner companies. This is seemless to our clients as we are the single point-of-contact for all the program requirements from scripting to training, to reporting and onsite management of the daily results. This provides our clients with increased scalability and capacity at a fraction of the costs.
