Qualifications Our most successful associates possess one or more of the following:

The successful candidate will effectively conduct and supervise new hire training and development programs for employees. Trainer plans, organizes, and directs a wide range of training courses and activities.

Hours : Thursday thru Monday

Essential Functions:

  • Creating pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance.
  • Preparation and facilitation of training and teaching courses or other interventions for employees to include the design of instructional materials for training designs and participant materials.
  • Represent training as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key projects or initiatives that provide impact to the business.
  • Utilize other methods of training which include, but not limited to; silent monitoring, teaching role playing, focus groups, homework style assignments, gathering and playing recordings, dialing with agents, flip chart presentations, etc.
  • Provide tools and training solutions to address any gaps in knowledge, competency and skills
  • Work with and Coach Agents in order to ensure their success.
  • Assist as needed in the recruitment/interview process by making yourself available and receptive to guidance.
  • Develop skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work, building loyalty and moral for company.
  • Dialing as needed to keep up on projects.

Required Skills:

  • Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles is required along with knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must

The successful candidate will work hand in hand with agents to ensure the integrity of all sales.

Hours : 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime

Ideal Candidate :

Must have a high level of computer competency.

Microsoft office highly proficient

Experience coaching and supporting a team.

Responsible for coaching agents on errors

May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
