Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of installing, configuring and supporting hardware, connectivity components and Windows Operating Systems. S/he must have experience with anticipating, recognizing and resolving various technical problems and working with a problem/call management system. Must also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and 2019, Active Directory, Internet Explorer, password resets, Symantec Ghost, TCP/IP Networking and be able to provide appropriate support for product use.
Apple experience and prior Call Center experience is a plus. The candidate must be extremely customer-service and results-oriented, an experienced problem solver who seeks assistance, when necessary, a self-starter with excellent oral and effective written communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a very high paced environment and an experienced decision maker. Must be able to communicate effectively with users at all skill levels. Weekend, overtime and shift work will be required. Setting up and moving PC’s. Ability to lift 50 lbs. is required.
